Cancellation Policy
Important: By enrolling in any course or purchasing any service from BuildSkill Academy, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
1. Course Cancellation
Course cancellations are not permitted once payment has been made, except in the following limited circumstances:
- Within 1 Hour: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, provided you have watched less than 10% of the course content. This will result in a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
- Technical Error: If there is a proven technical error on our side that prevents you from accessing the course and cannot be resolved, you may request cancellation.
- Course Not Delivered: In the rare event that a course is not delivered at all after payment, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
Note: All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by BuildSkill Academy management.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.
- Yearly Subscriptions: You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused portions.
- Free Trial: If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
- How to Cancel Subscription: You can cancel your subscription by visiting your account settings or contacting our support team at support@buildskillacademy.in.
Subscription Cancellation: Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for any unused portion of the current billing period.
3. APK / Mobile App Purchase Cancellation
- Any purchases made through our mobile application (Android APK) are subject to the same cancellation policy as course purchases.
- Refund/cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of purchase, with less than 10% content consumed.
- After 1 hour, no cancellations or refunds are permitted.
4. Franchise & Bulk Purchase Cancellation
- Franchise partners and organizations that purchase courses in bulk must refer to their specific agreement for cancellation terms.
- Cancellations for bulk purchases are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
- Any cancellations will be subject to the terms of the signed agreement.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation (within the allowed 1-hour window), please follow these steps:
1 Send an Email: Email cancellations@buildskillacademy.in with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [Your Order ID]".
2 Provide Details: Include your full name, registered email address, course name, order ID, and reason for cancellation.
3 Wait for Confirmation: Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
4 Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
6. Cancellation After 1 Hour
No cancellations are permitted after 1 hour of purchase. If you request a cancellation after the 1-hour window has passed, your request will be automatically rejected.
- All sales are considered final and non-cancellable after 1 hour.
- We do not offer cancellations for change of mind, lack of time, or any other reason after 1 hour.
- If you experience technical issues after 1 hour, our support team will help you resolve them, but cancellation will not be permitted.
7. No-Show / Non-Attendance
- For live courses or scheduled sessions, failure to attend classes does not qualify for cancellation or refund.
- Course recordings and materials remain available for you to access at your convenience.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank instead of contacting us for a cancellation, your account may be suspended.
- We will provide evidence of our Cancellation Policy to the payment provider to contest any chargeback.
- We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.

Remember: You have only 1 hour from the time of purchase to request a cancellation. After that, all sales are final.
