• Certificates are issued automatically upon course completion.
• You can download your certificate from your account dashboard.

• Within 1 Hour: You may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase (same as refund policy).

If you forgot your MPIN, follow these steps to reset it:

1. Go to the login page on our website or app.
2. Click on the "Forgot MPIN" or "Reset MPIN" link.
3. Enter your registered WhatsApp number.
4. You will receive an OTP on your phone.
5. Enter the OTP and set a new 6-digit MPIN.
6. You can now login with your new MPIN.

To update your profile information:

1. Login to your BuildSkill Academy account.
2. Go to My Account or Profile Settings.
3. Update your name, email, phone number, or other details.
4. Click "Save Changes" to update your information.
