Welcome to BuildSkill Academy! By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, downloading our APK, or accessing any content on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (MPIN, password, etc.).
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Accounts & Security

• Student Account: Requires full name, WhatsApp number, and a 6-digit MPIN. Used to access courses, videos, quizzes, and certificates.
• Teacher Account: Requires verification and approval. Teachers can create courses, upload content, and track student progress.
• Admin Account: Manages users, courses, and platform operations. Sub-admin and super-admin roles have defined permissions.
• You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use.

4. Course Enrollment & Access

• Courses are offered on a one-time purchase or subscription basis as displayed on the Platform.
• Upon enrollment, you get lifetime access to the course content (videos, resources, quizzes) unless otherwise stated.
• Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, sell, or redistribute any content.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course at any time without prior notice.

5. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Course fees are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been consumed.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. However, changes will not affect already purchased courses.

6. Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course videos and quizzes.
• Certificates are provided in PDF format and can be downloaded from your account.
• Certificates are for educational purposes and do not guarantee employment or any specific outcome.
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates if fraud or policy violation is detected.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Uploading, sharing, or distributing harmful, illegal, or offensive content.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, access restricted areas, or reverse engineer the Platform.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or disrupting other users' experience.
• Sharing your account credentials with others for unauthorized access.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform, including videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BuildSkill Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without explicit written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any course content or outcomes.
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to your device or data.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildSkill Academy Private Limited, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BuildSkill Academy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any suspected fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials and certificates. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
• You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Refunds for unused courses may be subject to our Refund Policy.

13. Franchise Partners

• Franchise partners must enter into a separate Franchise Agreement with BuildSkill Academy.
• Franchisees are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
• We provide training, operational support, and marketing materials to franchise partners as per the agreement.
• Franchisees shall not misrepresent their relationship with BuildSkill Academy or use our brand inappropriately.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
• We encourage you to first contact us to resolve any issues informally before pursuing legal action.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
